Old friends and new friends gathered together at Henry’s Place for our Community Appreciation Event on May 2nd. We were honored to welcome community members, elected leaders, supporters, volunteers, and campers for an day of connection, gratitude, and inspiration.
Guests toured the camp, met members of our staff, and learned more about the mission and vision of Henry’s Place. The highlight of the day was hearing directly from campers whose lives have been impacted through their experiences at camp. Their stories of hope, healing, friendship, and faith were powerful reminders of why Henry’s Place exists.
Together, we are building a community where every child is seen, valued, and given the opportunity to thrive.
